The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sour Bazar P.S.Case No. 363 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 324, 379, 34 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier case diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is fully concocted on account of the previous enmity and land partition. Learned counsel further submits that the injuries purported to have been received are, in fact, simple. Moreover, the injuries cannot be attributed to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State submits that there is no

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sour Bazar P.S.Case No. 363 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
