Mr.Pramod Kumar Pandey ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-06-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State Shri Jharkhandi Upadhyay, who has filed counter affidavit in this case.

2. This is the third attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 126 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 504, 506, 302, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is in custody since 26.02.2023.

4. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Jehanabad/concerned Court below in connection with S.T. No. 707 of 2023 arising out

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54949 of 2024(5) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 of Ghosi P.S. Case No. 126 of 2023.

6. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.

7. The Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad is directed to take all steps for arrest of the absconding accused persons and file a compliance report in this Court before the next date of hearing.

8. List this case after four weeks for perusal of the report.

9. Mr. Jharkhandi Upadhyay will seek necessary instructions from the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad and will assist this Court on the next appointed date.

10. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad through FAX for its compliance.
