The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 153 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Though, it is a case of alleged honour killing but the father of the deceased girl has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court.

The petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2022 and has clean antecedents.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the application for bail is allowed.
