2. The present Writ Petition has been for quashing of the order dated 07.04.2015 passed by Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Dehri, District Rohtas in Case No.178A of 2014-15.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary

Patna High Court CWJC No.16442 of 2015(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 objection that statutory remedy is available to the petitioner under Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 (Bihar Act 4 of 2010) before the Divisional Commissioner.

4. In this view of the matter, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off with direction to the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy of appeal under the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 (Bihar Act 4 of 2010) before the Divisional Commissioner.

5. The delay, if any, in filing the appeal is hereby condoned.
