The petitioner is languishing in custody since 03.04.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380/411 of the Indian Penal Code. The gold jewellery and cash of Rs.31,000/- are stolen from the room of the informant. The petitioner was cotenant of the same building and a Samsung mobile was recovered from the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no stolen article has been recovered from the petitioner.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 52 of 2013.
