2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Garhi P.S. Case No. 45 of 2026, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(1), 109, 352, 351(2), 118(2) of the BNS.
3. Allegedly the grandson of the petitioner along with others have broken the wall of the informant's house and when he made a complaint, the petitioner assaulted the informant by means of iron rod due to which he sustained injuries. There is further allegation against other accused persons of causing assault.
4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that from perusal of the FIR it is evident that the genesis of the

So far the injury which is allegedly sustained to the informant are concerned, the same has been found to be simple in nature. To support the aforesaid contention, the injury report has been placed on record as Annexure-2 to the bail application. The petitioner bears fair antecedent and he undertakes that he will fully cooperate in the proceeding of the court.
5. On the other hand, learned Advocate for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Regard being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the genesis of the occurrence, coupled with the simple nature of injury, besides the fact that other co-accused persons have been allowed the privilege of anticipatory bail by the court below, let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Garhi P.S. Case No. 45 of 2026, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha
