The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 173/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioners' side has also sustained injuries and there is case and counter case, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

No.58284 of 2021(2) dt.28-04-2022 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 173/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
