Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 78 of 2017, registered for the offence under Sections- 147, 148, 149, 324, 325, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, rather there is general and omnibus allegation and nothing has been recovered from his house. It is further submitted that co-accused has been granted bail by the learned Sessions Judge itself.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22438 of 2017 (2) dt.18-05-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 78 of 2017, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
