2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 213 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/324/325/326/307/564/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

3. Though, it is alleged that the petitioner is one of the assailant of the deceased, but it has been argued by Mr. Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not present on the spot. This fact has come in the case diary. Independent witness had verified the alibi of the petitioner that the petitioner was working in Hyderabad.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 07.12.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda/ concerned court in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 213 of 2017.
