2. The petitioner seeks bail in Delha P.S. Case No. 47 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-341, 323, 326, 307, 504, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section-27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, when the informant was playing cricket, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons came to him. It is further alleged that co-accused Raghu Kumar fired, which hit at the back of the informant. Co-accused Mohan Manjhi also fired, but it didn't hit the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has submitted further that the allegation to open fire on the injured is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46766 of 2025(3) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 against co-accused Raghu Kumar. Co-accused Mohan Manjhi also fired, but it didn't hit the informant. There is no allegation of firing against the petitioner. He has also submitted that co-accused Raghu Kumar and Mohan Manjhi have been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 86083 of 2024 and 52736 of 2024 respectively and the case of the petitioner is on better footing to that of co-accused persons.

5. The learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Gaya in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 47 of 2024 with the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
