The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 15 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354, 504 and 34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Raxaul, East Champaran. Submission is that petitioner is a driver. He has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner with submission that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. There is specific allegation against the petitioner to cause injury through farsa at the head of

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected.
