====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2)(3), 109(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., the accused persons along with 10-12 unknown persons are alleged to have fired upon the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, on account of land dispute, quarrel took place between the parties for which there is case and counter case. Specific accusation of firing is against co-accused Manoj Kumar and petitioner is only alleged to have participated in the occurrence.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed

Considering backdrop of the case and nature of accusation, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Nokha P. S. Case No. 152 of 2026, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
