The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 48/2013 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners are named in the FIR, on conclusion of investigation, the police submitted final report against them, but the learned Magistrate differed with the police report and took cognizance of the offence against the petitioners also.

No.51647 of 2015 (2) dt.06-11-2015 2 / 2 Taking into consideration the fact that on completion of investigation the petitioners were found to be innocent and final report was submitted against them, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Saktidhar Sharathi, learned Judicial Magistrate, Chapra in connection with Khaira P.S.
