1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parnadabar P.S. Case No. 15 of 2023 registered under Section 30(c)/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused Mahesh Manjhi @ Mahesh Bhuian has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30228 of 2023.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46727 of 2023(2) dt.11-08-2023 2/2 bond of Rs. 1,000/- (one thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Exclusive Special Excise Judge-I, Nawada in connection with Parnadabar P.S. Case No. 15 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
