2. The present petition has been filed for the grant of following relief:

"for initiation of contempt proceeding/punishing the opposite parties for knowingly and deliberately violating the order dated 22.11.2022 passed by the Hon'ble Court in CWJC No. 13124 of 2022."

3. A show cause of the opposite party no. 4 and 5 duly signed by the Circle Officer, Ara Sadar annexing the letter no. 2000 dated 07.12.2022 to show that pursuant to the order passed in CWJC No. 13124 of 2022 (Rajendra Choudhary vs. State of Bihar), neither the status quo has been maintained nor the security persons have been posted there to ensure that antisocial element do not take any further steps.

4. This Court will go by the show cause filed on behalf of the State opposite parties. It is the apprehension of the learned counsel for petitioner that a false affidavit has been made by the officer.

5. Needless to say if such fact comes to the domain of the Court and is brought on record by way of photograph/video/document, the officers will have to face the music.

6. So far as the present part is concerned, being satisfied that the interim order of the High Court has been complied, the contempt petition stands disposed of. (Rajiv Roy, J) vinayak/- U
