2. Earlier twice, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected. On last occasion i.e. order dated 26.04.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 26057 of 2023, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected.

3. Trial Court report reveals that out of 8 prosecution witnesses, 7 witnesses have already been examined and the case is pending for cross-examination of P.W.-8.
