====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-05-2021 Heard the parties in virtual Court.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 414/353 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. A loaded country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got a long list of criminal cases against him. Petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2020.

Considering the aforesaid facts, especially criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 228 of 2020.

Hence, prayer is refused.
