The petitioner being the sister-in-law of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the accused persons killed the daughter of the informant after three years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim died due to the accidental burn injuries while cooking and the accusation is omnibus and general. Though, the petitioner claims to be separate from the husband of the victim.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of her arrest
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51563 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
