The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S. Case No. 47 of 2016 registered under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 15.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16987 of 2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
