The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 863 of 2016, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 324 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of the ACJM, Danapur.

The anticipatory bail of the petitioner has already been rejected by this Court on 25.04.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 13375 of 2017 and petitioner was directed to surrender before the trial Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24667 of 2017 (2) dt.21-06-2017 2/2 Court. As such, I do not find any reason to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected.
