2. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Dhoraiya P.S. Case No.59 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 436, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused persons have assaulted the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2022.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No.59 of 2022.
