After waiving of the defect which has since been removed, we take up the matter for consideration on merits. Ms. Leelawati Kumari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner while admitting to the typographical error in the memo of parties as regarding the station of the respondent nos.2 to 4 to the writ petition prays for leave to correct the same to read as 'Aurangabad' in place of 'Gaya' and further prays for consequential modification of our order dated 16.05.2019
Patna High Court MJC No.2446 of 2019(2) dt.05-08-2019 2/2 passed in CWJC No.7714 of 2019 in so far as the station of respondent nos.2 to 4 is concerned which reads 'Gaya' in place of 'Aurangabad' in the memo of parties.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and while granting leave to the learned counsel for the petitioner to correct the station of the respondent nos.2 to 4 in the memo of parties of the writ petition to read as 'Aurangabad' in place of 'Gaya' we modify our order dated 16.05.2019 passed in CWJC No.7714 of 2019 in so far as the memo of parties are concerned whereby the station of the respondent nos. 2 to 4 shall read as 'Aurangabad' in place of 'Gaya' and shall be deemed to have been pronounced as such.
The modification application is allowed.
