Only relief he is seeking that regular bail petition filed by the petitioner may be heard by learned Trial Court on the same day of surrender.

3. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before learned Trial Court and file regular bail petition and in such situation, learned Trial Court is requested to hear his regular bail petition on the same of its filing.
