The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017 registered under Sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Specific allegation of firing is against co-accused Mantu Mahto. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23464 of 2017 (4) dt.06-07-2017 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
