JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-04-2021 This matter is taken up for consideration through Video Conferencing under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Vide order dated 10.02.2021, a report regarding stage of the trial was called for from the lower court, which has been received. From perusal of the same, it appears that out of 8 prosecution witnesses only 2 witnesses have been examined. In view of the stage of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2018, trial court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.
