Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the IPC.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the grand daughter of the informant. It is submitted that in 164 statement the victim has not alleged any sexual assault against the petitioner. She has returned safely and is staying with her parents. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the same, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be

No.45948 of 2022(3) dt.13-03-2023 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ms. Tanya Patel (East) Muzaffarpur in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 11/2022 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
