The concerned authority has proceeded to pass orders after due consideration of petitioner's objection dated 28.09.2023. We are satisfied with the compliance. If petitioner is still feeling aggrieved by the action of the concerned Official-Opposite Party, the petitioner is at liberty to invoke appropriate remedy and in accordance with law.
