From the report submitted by the S.P., Saran at Chapra, communicated vide memo No. 477 dated 9.3.2017, it is evident that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined. Statement of accused has already been taken and now,the case is fixed for defence witness. That being so, now the case depends upon the activity of the petitioner. In case he co-operates, the learned court below will decide the trial by 30th April, 2017 positively.

With the aforesaid observation, the instant application is disposed of.
