JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 01-10-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition, though the name of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is printed in the daily cause list.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.5 submits that, in fact, the present writ petition stood dismissed in the year 2012 itself on account of noncompliance of the Court's peremptory order dated 10.09.2012. On examination of the materials available on the record, this Court finds that in compliance of the aforesaid peremptory order dated 10.09.2012 no supplementary affidavit has been filed till date on behalf of the petitioner brining on record the copy of the award.

In above view of the matter, the present writ petition is dismissed as the requisite materials have not been brought on
