The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 146, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354A, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assault and abused upon the informant by means of lathi, danda and farsa and also snatched Rs.2,000/- from the pocket of the informant by the accused persons It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55074 of 2021(2) dt.18-04-2022 2/2 further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. He further submits that the present informant and others have been granted anticipatory bail by the court below itself. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Manuapul O.P.) P.S. Case No. 299 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
