In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No.46 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The statement of the girl under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code sufficiently shows that there was friendship between them and they have got married in Aami temple.
This Court had called for the medical report about the age of the girl. The medical report suggests that the girl is between 18-19 years.

No.23320 of 2017 (3) dt.22-08-2017 2/2 Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, namely, Pankaj Singh @ Pankaj Kumar, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Chapra, District- Saran, in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No.46 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that the petitioner made him available before the Investigating Agency as and when required, in the event of his absence on two consecutive dates without reasonable explanation, the Investigating Agency will be at liberty to pray for cancellation of the bail of the petitioner.
