The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S.Case No.96 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 242, 323, 392 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of intercepting the informant and snatching of Rs.40,000/- as well as firing. Petitioner is named in the FIR also.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the dispute arose earlier with regard to payment for installation of Samsung TV and for that elder brother of the petitioner had made complaints about the informant and for that the present case has been lodged.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43521 of 2018 (3) dt.25-08-2018 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant. They have opposed the prayer for bail.. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on its own merit.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
