Harun Quareshi, learned AC to SC-1 for the respondent/s.

2. The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought inter alia following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:

Patna High Court CWJC No.10819 of 2024(2) dt.22-07-2024 2/3 "(i) For directing and commanding the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner in permanent establishment as she is working as sweeper since 2002 in the office of the respondent no.-7, Sub Divisional Officer, Tirhut Nahar Sub-Division, Motipur, District- Muzaffarpur.

(ii) Also for directing and commanding the respondent to give monetary benefit on the basis of regularization of her service.

(iii) Also for directing and commanding the respondent to pay her arrear of salary as per rule of permanent employee.

(iv) And also for any other relief/relieves for which petitioner is found to be legally entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner, who is working on the post of sweeper since the year 2002, is being dragged by the respondent no. 7 (Sub Divisional Officer, Tirhut Nahar Sub-Division, Motipur, Muzaffarpur) and her representation for considering to regularise her, is pending before the competent authority. The petitioner, however, seeks to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Muzaffarpur.

The District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Muzaffarpur, is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner by calling the records relating to the petitioner, who has claimed to have worked in the office of respondent no. 7 regularly since the year 2002, and take a final decision well within a period of two months, in respect of regularization of the petitioner, in accordance with law.

5. With above observation/direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
