JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 08-04-2015 The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 19.9.2012 whereby the saw mill of the petitioner has not been included in the seniority list of saw mills prepared by the Selection Committee in respect of Mithila Forest Division as contained in Annexure-5. The resolution of the Department of Environment and Forest, Government of Bihar bearing No. 76/2007-2675 dated 30.8.2010 provides for a remedy of appeal to a person aggrieved by noninclusion of his saw mill in the seniority list and which appeal lies before the District Judge concerned.

In view of the alternative remedy of appeal so provided to the petitioner under the Resolution dated 30.8.2010, this writ
