2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per FIR, all the accused persons made firing on the informant and his friends due to which they sustained gun shot injuries and during course of treatment injured Prince Kumar died.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Md. Sahil. There is no specific

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 205 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
