The petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No. 4522 of 2019 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 144 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a), 30(c), 30(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, Sections 25(1b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act. It is alleged in the written report that 25 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from agricultural field of the petitioner. Petitioner along with another person as named in the written report has been apprehended by the Police. Petitioner is in custody since 10.5.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43523 of 2019(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 4522 of 2019 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 144 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
