This is the second attempt for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner inasmuch as earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed on merit vide order dated 22.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42411/2021. Petitioner is the main assailant and his bail application was rejected by this Court on the ground of his being the main assailant and specific allegation against him in the FIR. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 24.02.2021 and he has renewed his prayer for bail after seven months.

Regards being had to the submissions made by the parties and taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47003 of 2022(2) dt.14-09-2022 2/2 is the main assailant and no subsequent development has been brought on record except the fact that seven months have lapsed after the last rejection, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
