1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ for commanding the respondents to take appropriate step for equal distribution of development funds granted by Government of Bihar for 15th finance commission and 6th state finance commission between several panchayat of Bhagwanpur block under district Vaishali.
(ii) For stay of the allotted work which is based
Patna High Court CWJC No.10889 of 2024(2) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 on unequal distribution of amount between several panchayat of Bhagwanpur block.
Ignoring the rightful demand of petitioner who is elected member of panchayat samiti Sahatha panchayat under Bhagawanpur Block of District Vaishali."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
