Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, office will place the matter before the Bench. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.2 of 2020 arising out of Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.176 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 324, 307/34 of the IPC and subsequently section 302 IPC was added. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner filed vide Cr. Misc. No. 18510 of 2020 was rejected by this Court on merit on 01.07.2020.

Again, the petitioner has filed the instant bail application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55698 of 2021(2) dt.06-10-2021 2/2 on 22.09.2021 for grant of bail but no new ground is taken in the bail application.

Considering that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit and no new ground is taken, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail made through the instant bail application is hereby rejected.

However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.
