It appears that vide order dated 16.03.2023, the petition with regard to petitioner no. 1 had become infructuous due to sudden demise of petitioner no. 1.

The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner no. 2 in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 83 of 2013 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner no. 2 was rejected several times.

No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46004 of 2022(6) dt.06-04-2023 2/2 regular bail application of the petitioner no. 2. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.

The application stands disposed off.

The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months, on day to day basis because the petitioner no. 2 is in judicial custody since 06.09.2013, failing which the petitioner no. 2 will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
