2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 48 of 2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and he is not named in the F.I.R. in connection with fraudulent withdrawal of Government money of Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension at Adalpur Post Office through forged documents. It is submitted that the petitioner is neither a Government servant nor member of a panchayat for introducing the beneficiaries.

4. Learned APP on the other hand refers to paragraph-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63127 of 2018(6) dt.05-04-2019 2/2 24 of the supplementary case diary to submit that the petitioner is the identifier of the beneficiary for opening the account in the post office.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
