The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 328 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)1/26 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding recovery of one country made pistol from the possession of the petitioner and upon his disclosure, one country made pistol was recovered from a bush. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and is languishing in custody since 18.11.2018. Considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner herein, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioner, above named, on regular bail on furnishing bail
