Learned counsel for the State, on the basis of the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party-District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, submits that the order under contempt has been complied with by passing an order dated 23.06.2014 rejecting the application/representation of the petitioner. In the above circumstances, the contempt application is dismissed.
