Patna High Court LPA No.1483 of 2012 dt.21-08-2015 petitioner and the learned counsel for the State. 5 Having perused the order of the learned Single Judge, we are not inclined to interfere for the reason that the writ petitionerappellant approached the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority in the year 2009 when selection and appointment processes had been completed for the first stage in 2007 and for whatever left in 2008/2009. Writ petitioner-appellant, even though he may have legitimate grievance, approached the authorities without promptitude. 6 In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to interfere. This appeal is dismissed.
