2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.940 of 2021 lodged under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that bail application of the petitioner has already been rejected vide order dated 23.12.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.43711 of 2022 by this Court.

4. Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that it has come in the ordersheet that petitioner was identified in TIP, as well as, looted articles were also identified by the informant.

5. In this view of the matter, this Court finds that this bail application is not fit for granting bail and therefore, this bail application stands rejected.
