2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2026 of 2023, T.R. No. 2740 of 2024, instituted under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation. Mediation report is filed by the learned Mediator to the effect that the dispute between the parties has been resolved.

4. Learned counsel for the informant also conceded the said fact.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties and report of the learned Mediator, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 2026 of 2023, T.R.
