It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that up till now only two witnesses have been examined. It has further been submitted that only 192 grams of Charas is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner which is from 10.10.2016, this Court directs the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42711 of 2019(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 Judge, Siwan to conclude the trial in connection with N.D.P.S. Trial No. 86 of 2018 arising out of Jiradei P.S. Case No. 52 of 2016 as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months failing which the petitioner will have the liberty to approach the trial court for grant of bail.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
