The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 504 and 506 of the IPC and section 138 of N.I. Act (in Cr. Misc. No.4000 of 2021) and u/s 420, 406 of the IPC and section 138 of the N.I. Act (in Cr. Misc. No.4111 of 2021).
Vide order dated 10.12.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No.4000 of 2021 and Cr. Misc. No.4111 of 2021, petitioner was granted provisional bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to pay Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand) to the O.P. No.2 (in Cr. Misc. No.4000 of 2021) within three weeks and he is also ready to pay Rs.5,50,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh Fifty Thousand) to the O.P. No.2 (in Cr. Misc. No.4111 of 2021) in three installments within a period of nine months. Considering such submission, the provisional bail granted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4000 of 2021(10) dt.08-08-2022 3/3 to the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No.4000 of 2021 dated 10.12.2021 is extended by four weeks from today. He shall make payment of the undertaken amount within three months. The provisional bail granted to the petitioner in Cr. Misc.4111 of 2021 vide order dated 10.12.2021 is extended for ten months and he is directed to make payment of the undertaken amount within a period of nine months from today in three installments. Learned court below is directed to confirm the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 10.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.4000 of 2021 and vide order dated 10.12.2021 in Cr. Misc. No.4111 of 2021, after payment of aforesaid undertaken amount within the above mentioned indicated time. O.P.
