2. Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a supplementary affidavit in the Court. Let the same be kept on record.

3. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420, 468, 467, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioner is that she got job on the basis of forged certificate.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49935 of 2023(5) dt.31-10-2023 2/2 para-3 of this application. He further submits that petitioner has resigned from the service as stated in para-2 of the Supplementary Affidavit. He further submits that petitioner has not manipulated at any level to get her employment as Shiksha Mitra as she is genuine and academically bright student.

6. Learned APP for the State opposes prayer for anticipatory bail.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 323 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
