2. The defect has been explained by the petitioner and therefore is ignored.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 227 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

4. The petitioner is not the assailant of the victim and is in custody since 29.04.2025.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a woman and she is not the assailant of the victim, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47786 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nawada/ concerned Court in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 227 of 2025.
